So I recently came across a list of skincare tips that all should use. I figured this would be good to share.

  1. Avoid the sun. This is one that I have a hard time with because I love laying out in the sun for hours in the pool and hitting up the tanning salon. I love being tan because I feel so much better about myself when I'm tan.

  2. Get a full-body exam. Ladies, even as uncomfortable as it sounds, we all know it's important to our health.

  3. Layer products from thinnest to thickest.

  4. Plump your skin without needles by using ginseng.

  5. Use exfoliators with AHA and BHA.

  6. Always remove your makeup. I also have a hard time with this one because sometimes I'm just so damn tired that I fall asleep with it on.

  7. Do your best to soothe inflammation.

  8. Invest in a great moisturizer. Personally, I am obsessed with Pixi Beauty's SkinDrink lotion. It's amazing.

  9. Eat with your skin in mind. Eat a lot of grease, expect breakouts.

  10. Get 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night. Sometimes I get way more sleep than what is recommended but hey, I'm human.

  11. Drink green juice. This is a humongus HELL NO from this girl.

  12. Exfoliate but don't overdo it.

  13. Try a lymphatic drainage massage.

  14. Provide your skin with the vitamins it craves. There are so many different types of amazing skincare products that can help with this.

  15. Consider using peptides.

  16. Use a micro-needler

  17. Stay away from foam. This I will not do because I love Kylie Skin foaming face wash and it's a foam.

  18. Don't over-wash your face.

  19. Sleep the right way to avoid wrinkles. I didn't know there was a right or wrong way to sleep.

  20. Find the right spot treatment. Luckily my face doesn't really break out so this isn't needed.

  21. Start getting facials.

  22. Treat your neck as an extension of your face. I have always done this especially after my neck surgery because of the scar in the front.

  23. Increase circulation in your skin.

  24. Use chamomile and rosemary in the bath.

  25. Maximize the fit of your sheet mask by making small cuts as needed.
